Kundalini Yoga is an ancient practice that focuses on self-awareness and self-acceptance. At GVC, it is accessible for all levels. It uses breath, movement, mantra, and meditation to invigorate the body and create new neuron pathways in the brain. This class always ends with a gong bath.

This sound bath experience incorporates Kundalini yoga and meditation. Kundalini, coupled with the healing vibrations of the gong and crystal singing bowls allows you to find deep healing and relaxation in body and mind, calms the nervous system, and quiets the heart. Please wear comfy clothes and bring a blanket and pillow. This experience is designed for all levels!
