Kundalini Yoga is an ancient practice that focuses on self-awareness and self-acceptance. At GVC, it is accessible for all levels. It uses breath, movement, mantra, and meditation to invigorate the body and create new neuron pathways in the brain. This class always ends with a gong bath.

trauma sensitive Yoga

This class cultivates love and kindness for ourselves and others by approaching our feelings, thoughts, and emotions with acceptance. It facilitates healing trauma with gentle yoga poses, flowing movement, prana, and breathing practices. In this class, you will befriend your body and embrace your emotions, so you can live fully in the present.

sound bath experience

This sound bath experience incorporates Kundalini yoga and meditation. Kundalini, coupled with the healing vibrations of the gong and crystal singing bowls allows you to find deep healing and relaxation in body and mind, calms the nervous system, and quiets the heart. Please wear comfy clothes and bring a blanket and pillow. This experience is designed for all levels!

Every Ecstatic Dance class is unique and intuitive. The experience begins with a meditation that creates a theme. Attendees then create a playlist of music to support the theme and ecstatic dance to connect with and release trapped emotions.
